Fiona is a Legal Director and Professional Support Lawyer within the Land and Rural Business team.
Fiona co-ordinates knowledge management, training and technical advice for the Land and Rural Business team and its clients; she also works closely with others in the firm to improve efficiency and client service delivery.
Prior to taking on the role of professional support lawyer, Fiona spent 14 years acting across the spectrum of rural property matters, including acquisition, disposal and securing of farms, estates, forestry and other rural property. She has extensive experience advising on landownership and title issues, creation and enforcement of servitudes and other title conditions, land reform and conservation, as well as residential tenancy and agricultural holdings matters.
