Legal Director, Land and Rural Business
Fiona is a Legal Director in the Land and Rural Business team. She acts for a variety of clients on all types of rural property matters, including acquisition, disposal and securing of farms, estates, forestry and other rural property. Fiona also provides estate management advice on all landownership and title issues, creation and enforcement of servitudes and title conditions, land reform and conservation, as well as residential tenancy and agricultural holdings matters.
Fiona has extensive experience providing advice to large landowners with diverse business interests. She enjoys building lasting relationships with clients, which enable her to understand their motivations and concerns, and provide them with effective, commercial advice.
