Gillian Wright

Gillian is the Head of Residential Property and leads both the estate agency and residential conveyancing teams.

Gillian has extensive knowledge of the local property market with a particular focus on prime property.  She provides pre-sale valuations to clients who welcome her honest and diligent approach when selling their property.  Gillian and the estate agency team can move quickly to put properties on the market, which is key in the current fast moving environment.

Gillian also specialises in conveyancing, and provides both residential and corporate investor clients with guidance and advice on purchases, sales, transfers of title, and remortages.  Her team not only focus on the Edinburgh market, but act for clients across the central belt.  Gillian’s invaluable knowledge and experience together with her established portfolio of contacts make her a reliable and trusted advisor.

Gillian is a Notary Public and tutored on the Diploma in Legal Practice at Edinburgh University for four years.
