Helen Kelly

Helen is experienced in a broad range of land and rural matters including the acquisition and sale of estates, farms and forestry, dealing with salmon fishings and sporting rights, and acting for both lenders and borrowers in complex security work.

Helen has a particular expertise in assisting clients with voluntary registration of title. Helen is a member of the Land Register Stakeholder Completion Group which was established by Registers of Scotland to allow key stakeholders to input on issues that affect voluntary registration. Helen has developed a close working relationship with Registers of Scotland through this membership and the large number of voluntary registration applications which have been processed through our Land Registration team.
