Kevin Sturgeon

Kevin has experience in managing a wide variety of commercial property matters and has particular expertise advising on acquisitions/sales and property factoring/management. Kevin also has experience advising on property finance and regularly acts on behalf of borrowers in the refinancing and private placement transactions involving housing developments valued between £5m – £65m, including advising on the effect of title conditions on the valuation.

Kevin has acted for many large public sector and charitable bodies, including acting for the purchasers in the first set of Community Asset Transfers from Glasgow City Council.  He also advised on the £17.5 million debt-funded corporate hive up for a local authority, which involved the transfer of many strategic properties, including the council’s headquarters, higher education facilities, and an airport.
