Robert is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction within the business, managing the firm day to day and overseeing its operations, supported by professional teams in Finance, IT, HR and Marketing.
Robert has extensive experience in the legal profession at CEO level spanning over 15 years. He joined Gillespie Macandrew from Pemberton Greenish LLP, a top 200 specialist real estate, private wealth and corporate law firm based in central London. Previously he has been the CEO of two London based barristers’ chambers (Maitland Chambers and Seven Bedford Row) and for 14 years was an M&A specialist at Robert Fleming, now part of JP Morgan.
