Gavin has extensive senior leadership experience across banking and private markets investment in London and overseas, underpinned by strong financial expertise and a proven track record of leading high‑performing teams in complex environments.

In his role as CEO, Gavin focuses on driving strategic growth and strengthening the firm’s capabilities across its core sectors. He is committed to advancing the firm’s long‑term success, working collaboratively with colleagues and clients to enhance its reputation and build on its strong platform for future growth.

Gavin holds a Law degree from the University of Edinburgh and is a Chartered Accountant.
