Caitlin is a Legal Director is our Residential Conveyancing team, having joined the firm as a Solicitor in 2016.
Caitlin has a wealth of experience as a result of having worked for several years as a Paralegal before training and qualifying as a Solicitor. Throughout her career, she has specialised in property work. Caitlin advises clients on all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, security work and transfers of titles. Caitlin particularly enjoys assisting clients in moving home throughout various stages of their lifetime.
Caitlin tutors on the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh and mentors Trainees within the firm’s Training programme. Caitlin also assists as Legal Expert at the ESPC and takes part in ESPC Seminars with prospective clients. Caitlin represents the firm on the ESPC Forum and is the firm EPSC Charter Champion. Caitlin holds a SPC Property Practice Certification from the ESPC and Law Society of Scotland.
