Tessa is a commercial real estate specialist, and has significant experience in all aspects of real estate matters, including landlord and tenant work, development, investment and secured lending. Tessa is qualified in both Scotland and in England and Wales, and has practised law both North and South of the border. She spent eight years with a leading commercial firm in the North of England and consequently has a genuine depth of understanding of English and Welsh property transactions.
