Monica has significant experience in in all areas of Planning Law, both contentious and non-contentious. She advises clients on strategy, EIA, planning obligations, appeals and inquiries. Having previously worked inhouse for local authorities and on secondment with other public sector bodies, Monica can offer a unique insight to the public sector accompanied with her understanding of the commercial realities.

In addition to her planning work, Monica regularly guides clients through the multifaceted and complex areas of Compulsory Purchase, Environmental and Roads Law.
